Avv. Mohamed Hassan Musse
Over ten years advising Somalia's highest national institutions including Office of the President, Office of the Prime Minister, and Federal Parliament, and private clients including financial institutions and big companies in Somalia.
Advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance including AML and CFT, and commercial contracts, with a specialised focus on the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the financial sector. Has drafted, participated in or advised on the design of foundational Somali legislation, and lectures in counterterrorism law and in private law.

Deputy Managing Partner
Avv. Ali Mohamed Jama
Twenty years across compliance and legal practice, including legal work in the United States of America.
Oversees the firm's practice and its compliance work. A certificated mediator, and a member of the American Bar Association, the Somali Bar and the Minnesota Bar. Advises on labour law, partnership and cooperation entities, international contracts and corporate finance, with a long background in anti-money-laundering compliance.
